Aghoreshwar Bhagwan Ramjee was born on 12th September 1937 in village Gundi in Bihar state. He was the only child of his parent Shri Baijnath Singh and Smt Lakhrajee Devi. His father died when Shri Bhagwanjee was only five years old.

Bhagwan Ramjee left his home and village and at the age of 14 and visited Varanasi. He went to Krim Kund and received deeksha from Shri Rajeshwar Ramjee. After some time he left Krim Kund and wandered from place to place. He went on a pilgrimage to Girnar Ranges. Bhagwan Dattatreya had described the Girnar Ranges as the holiest.

He established Shri Sarveshwari Samooh on 21 September 1961 for serving the society and the nation.

His guru Shri Rajeshwar Ramjee offered him Krim Kunds mahaanth's position but he did not accept it because he had already commited himself to the service of nation and society. Instead he provided his disciple Baba Siddhartha Gautam Ramji for this work. On 29th November 1992 Aghoreshwar baba Bhagwan Ramjee took samadhi. The name of his Samadhi is Maha Vibhuti Sthal.

Parampujya Aghoreshwar had number of followers from various sections of the society, rich, poor, persons of all religion etc. A number of people spent their whole life with him after meeting him. Baba had two kinds of followers, general masses and the Mudia Sadhus. Mudia Sadhus are those saints who learnt aghor sadhana from Baba. They carried forward his work after his samadhi.
